The staff at Ko'olau Radiology brings a personal touch to technical imaging procedures, putting patients at ease during their test while providing accurate and comprehensive diagnostic information. Our friendly and compassionate staff strives to meet both the emotional and physical needs of our patients by providing a comfortable, and professional experience.
Our family consists of our medical director/radiologist, eight technologists, six office and billing personnel and three additional support staff members.

Ko'olau Radiology, Inc. is a facility certified by the FDA, Medicare and the American College of Radiology. We work closely with all of our patients and are here to answer questions and address concerns candidly and respectfully.
Dr. Richard Lance DeJournett, MD
Medical Director/ Board Certified Radiologist
Dr. DeJournett has been the Medical Director of Ko'olau Radiology since 1979. He received his MD degree from the University of Southern California and completed residency at Tripler Army Medical Center and entered private practice in 1979. Dr. DeJournett was awarded the Army Medal of Commendation in December 1975 for Diagnosis and Treatment of the Apollo-Soyuz Astronauts. Dr. DeJournett currently has professional memberships with ACR, AIUM, Radiologic Society of North America, Hawaii Radiologic Society, Hawaii Medical Association, and the Honolulu County Medical Society.
